Register online through Eventbrite. Walk-ins are welcome. Check in begins at 10:00 am, the workout begins at 10:15 am. Please bring a Yoga mat or towel to workout on and a water. Your resistance band will be provided and is yours to keep! The workout will consist of body weight intervals using full body, strength movements for 45 minutes. Bridget will be making rounds offering adjustments and exercise options so that each movement works for you. A token will be given out at check in for you to reward your body with a cold refreshing Back Channel beer or kombucha after the workout.
