Jason’s (from jack’s bottle shop) wing drizzle
Ingredients:
- 16oz One Done beer
- 1 can Chipotle Peppers
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 medium Yellow Onion
- 1 cup Cilantro
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 to 4 tbsp Brown Sugar (do to taste preference)
Instructions:
Blend chipotle peppers, garlic, yellow onion, cilantro, and Worcestershire sauce in a blender until it becomes a puree.
Add the One Beer and puree together in a pot and cook over medium heat until reduced by half, or until it reaches your desired consistency. Sweeten with brown sugar to taste.
Oh yes, finishing spices!
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Coriander
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Sauce
- 14 oz can crushed tomatoes
- 10 oz One Done beer
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 4 tbsp Bad Byron’s Butt Rub
- 1/2 tsp ground mustard
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Whisk the ingredients while they come up to boil.
Once boiling reduce heat and simmer sauce for 20-30 minutes.
Remove the sauce from the heat to cool.
Marc’s bbq (or wing) sauce
Ingredients:
- 10oz One Done
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup Tribute Hot Sauce by Tribute Pepper Co
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions:
Use as marinade as-is or slowly simmer to make a reduction to glaze chicken wings or pork ribs.
Brendan’s marinade or glaze for chicken wings or pork ribs
Ingredients:
- One (12 oz) mixed cole slaw package
- ¼ cup finely sliced red onion
- ¼ cup sliced jalapeno
- ½ cup chopped cilantro
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup One Done Reduction (from 10oz)
Instructions:
Mix One Done Reduction and mayonnaise together in a bowl
Mix coleslaw, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, and pineapple together with the reduction mayonnaise mixture, refrigerate and serve.
