1/17/23 - Veggies for Emily

Emily Anne is a gentle 27 year old newly married beauty who has been struck down with an extremely rare form of Cancer. It is Sarcoma and is made more rare by a twist, the type she has is almost always found in kids, not adults.

Her cancer was diagnosed in November of 2021 less than two months after she and the love of her life Michael, got married. At diagnosis her Cancer was given the label of stage Four.

She has been battling ever since. It’s an aggressive Cancer which can spread rapidly to organs, soft tissues, and bones. Emily is now enduring her third regime of chemotherapy. She is being treated at The Mayo Clinic, they have thrown all their knowledge, experience, drugs and radiation at this thing. And still we fight on.

Emily is devoted to clean plant based eating and to the fight. She has exhibited great strength and grace. She is working so hard to get back to her life, back to work at her family run Mound biz (The Cave MN), living fully with her husband and friends, and the joy of being young and 27…building her life. Your support and prayers mean everything to Emily and her family. We thank you for your help.
